Although you'll have to air out the product to lessen the chemical smell, the product in terms of aesthetics, did not disappoint! I was skeptical but after reading some reviews decided to give it a try. This bag is so close to the real thing only someone who works at Chanel should be able to tell the difference. I only found one difference, on the original there is a seam on the bottom of the bag on the authentic that is not on this one. Who cares! They even sent a receipt from Chanel and an authenticity card, nice touch. There is a little off gassing smell but that may be from the plastic it was wrapped it and I'm hoping it will go away after airing out. All the metal was wrapped so it wouldn't scratch. From they day they said it shipped it took 2 days for tracking then only about 5 days to arrive. I love the bag and even though I just got it today I am looking and 4 other things to order. I hope they all are as amazing as this bag.

Unfortunately these were out of stock. I was offered some alternatives and in the end,chose a pair of Jimmy Choos as a replacement.These were not yet on the website,but I was sent photos to help me decide. The shoes I received are very well made and look fantastic.My partner is going to love them.
