They are very comfortable, the leather is so soft. Everyone recommended to go up a size, even the staff there said the shoes run smaller than usual so sent me size 36 inteads of 35 that I ordered. They were way too big, i had to return to change to size 35 which is my usual size. Still bit lose though but with the insoles, they are ok. So I don't think they run smaller size, i guess just depends.
