I exchanged a few emails with customer service about the quality of this bag before ordering and my questions were answered very quickly. I received the bag in less than two weeks and was pleasantly surprised. The canvas is beautiful, soft and thick. The hardware is very nice and sturdy, swivels as it should. The handle is perfectly stiff, stamped correctly and should shape nicely with wear. The lining is the correct color with one deep zipper pocket and two side pockets, a D ring and date code. I am very happy with my purchase and am happy to pay with credit card and not have to deal with western union.
